The challenge

Red Embedded had started their rebrand journey, but needed help to make it a reality
Our goal was to make an impact with Consult Red’s new brand and ensure all stakeholders – including staff, clients, suppliers and potential clients and employees – clearly understood the rationale behind new brand and how the new brand would support the future direction of the business.

What we did

  • We looked at the progress Red Embedded had made on its rebrand journey and worked with Red to:
  • Validate business plans and market positioning
  • Develop a ‘master narrative’ that would form the basis of call communications to stakeholders
  • Develop a project plan bringing together teams from across the business including teams such as Finance, HR and business development
  • Meet with internal teams to establish responsibilities and actions
  • Create a stakeholder map, communications and launch plan
  • Work with Unbranded Digital to develop new brand assets such as powerpoint decks, social media templates, letterheads, business cards and a new website
  • Development of the ‘Brand Book’ to guide staff and suppliers to Red
  • Implement the plan and rollout communications across all channels including a new website, Linkedin and staff briefing presentation

The outcome

A smooth rollout of the new brand that received positive feedback from clients and staff alike.
Campaign content had >8000 impressions on Linkedin in the first month from a standing start.
Evidence of clients and targets engaging with content.
